In case you haven’t noticed, this blog is primarily about sports—Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. sports to be specific. You may find that surprising, especially considering the heated rivalry between the two sports markets. So why is this blog about both? Because growing up in the D.C. metro area has made me a lifelong fan of District sports, just like living within two hours of Philadelphia has given me ample opportunity to acquaint myself with that city’s teams. I decided to write a blog about both. And I called it Scribbled Notes, after the method that I’ve found helps me write best.
